Rachel Murphy has expressed concern about what happened to his 5-pound dog Toto last weekend. According to Rachel , a groomer allegedly taped Toto r's mouth shut after being bitten, resulting in the dog being bloody and distressed.
Rachel explained, "My pet was clearly distressed. What I thought was a muff turned out to just be tape. Toto r's paws were visibly red and injured, with the toenails cut too close to the paw, which likely provoked his biting reaction."
